    I am fed up with Bank of America. There are not enough locations that accept deposits. Chase allows 6 savings withdrawals per month, but BofA closed my savings account and converted it to checking because of the number of withdrawals I made in a month. They claimed it was the law, but I found that different banks have different requirements so that was a lie. Furthermore, BofA showed huge gains after the 2008 bailout, but it was due to overdraft fees and other account charges and not to prudent investments. I have kept BofA because I had a direct deposit attached to the account, but today I needed to make a deposit and fortunately, read this post. I went 40+ miles out of my way to Denison another time and now found that the Pottsboro ATM no longer accepts deposits either. It is finally time to close my BofA account!

    I needed a copy of my w2 for school and my boss told me to call Wright Tax Results (which it was the wrong place) but, I called TWICE to get a copy of my w2 and they took my info and said, "Oh, well get it right out to you." It took me THREE TIMES for them to FINALLY tell me, "We didn't handle Smitty's tax services." I mean really? It's kind of important. I could have found out the right place to call a long time ago if I had not been waiting on them to send me a w2 that they did not have. The people working here are either inconsiderate, do not care about their customers, or are just dumb!!

    Got there 30 mins before they opened so i could be the first person. Got in at 9 and no one asked me what i needed there wasn't a check in sheet and 10 mins after I got there another guy walked in and a banker walked right up to him and took him to her office. What was it my usaf hat that threw them off. They didn't like i wasn't in a suit. So i walked out.
